Our house is situated near beautiful walks and is ideal for people seeking peace and relaxation. There is a great variety of activities for sports fans, such as climbing, cross-country skiing, sledging, ice-skating, playing tennis, swimming, riding or going to the health centre.
Dobbiaco offers unspoiled natural landscapes in the two adjacent national parks, the Fanes-Sennes-Prags National Park and the Drei Zinnen National Park. The bizarre and fascinating world of the Dolomites, the impressive Drei Zinnen – the symbol of Dobbiaco, dense forests and lush green meadows make a summer holiday in Dobbiaco an unforgettable experience.
Dobbiaco is also called the "gate to the Dolomites". It offers climbs of all difficulties and there are also two lakes: the Dobbiacoer See and the Dürrensee.
In the valley, numerous relics of the past are to be found, such as the trenches at the Monte Piano.
